Next, we see Kelly join Sam and Jimmy on the docks at Ransom Everglades School.

We then see the trio in Sam’s Jeep driving on the Campus of Ransom Everglades headed toward Main Highway at the main entrance/exit.

Sam stops in the parking lot just inside the main gate of Ransom Everglades School to offer Suzie a lift.

It cuts and we see them arrive at Kelly’s house. This was filmed on location on Star Island. Kelly’s house is 40 Star Island. We have seen this residence used in the movies Bad Boys and The Specialist as well as in the Burn Notice episode; Unchained.

Then we see Sam out in the Everglades. Filmed on location in the Everglades but exact location unknown.

Then it’s car wash time at Sam’s place. Filmed on location, likely somewhere in Coral Gables based on the street lights but location unknown.

Then we return to the Van Ryan house. Filmed on location at 40 Star Island.

Intercut we see Sam at work receiving the call from Van Ryan. Filmed on location at Ransom Everglades School, in the Pagoda.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of a Police Station. Filmed on location at the Coral Gables City Hall. 405 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, Fl.

Then we go inside. Filming location unknown.

Then we cut back to school. Filmed on location at Ransom Everglades School.

Next we see Sam seek legal help. This was filmed on location in Opa-locka Florida. We first see Sam approaching northbound on Opa-locka Blvd. and cross Fisherman Street. He then pulls over into 361 Opa-locka Blvd.

Then Sam walks into what in real life had been a liquor store but here it is seen as a law office. 361 Opa-locka Blvd.

Next we see Sam arriving for lunch. This was filmed on location at the Coral Reef Yacht Club. 2484 South Bayshore Dr.

Then we see Sam arrive at Smilin’ Jack’s. This was filmed on location at the Jimbo’s compound on Virginia Key which had been dressed up to look like an Everglades location. Not the first time this had been done. Most notably in the Miami Vice episode, Glades. This exact structure that appears here as Smilin Jack’s will always remind me of the Miami Vice episode, Stone’s War. That is because that is where I first remember seeing this structure. It was used in that episode as an exterior establishing shot of the cabin where Captain Real Estate was hiding Stone. It is not inside the compound but on Arthur Lamb Jr. Road at Jimbo’s. Some of the set dressing like the dirt in front of the structure appears very obvious in the movie despite an overall very good job of set dressing.

Then we see Sam hit the backroads. He is northbound on Arthur Lamb Jr. Road going by Smilin’ Jack’s and headed toward a dead end.

Then back over the same section of road that we saw in the first cut but this time, southbound in front of Smilin’ Jack’s.

Sam proves to be a horrible driver. Location unknown but likely filmed in either Oleta River State Park or on Virginia Key north of Jimbo’s.

Then we return to Sam’s house. Location unknown.

Then we see the police arrive at Smilin’ Jack’s. Filmed on location on Virginia Key at the Jimbo’s compound.

Suzie lives in a trailer on the property. On the north side of the Jimbo’s complex. Along the same road we see used in the movie; 2 Fast, 2 Furious.

They take a walk outside, filmed on location on the road that went north from Jimbo’s to the tip of Virginia Key. They are walking south away from the tip and toward Suzie’s trailer and Jimbo’s.

Then Sam lands in jail. Filming location unknown.

As seen in 2 Fast 2 Furious.

The road is largely overgrown now.

They start heading to Suzie’s by walking south toward the front of Smilin’ Jack’s. Then it cuts and we see them walking northbound in the Jimbo’s Complex.

Suzie’s
