Next we see both sides arriving at the exterior of the courthouse. This was filmed on location at the Dade County Courthouse. On the north side. NW 1st Street at NW 1st Avenue. This scene reminds me of the Pilot of Miami Vice where Leon comes out of the same location and down the same stairs.
Then we go inside the courtroom. For this filming we move north from the Dade County Courthouse to the interior of the David W.Dyer Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. 300 NE 1st Ave., Miami. We have seen this courtroom used previously in the Miami Vice episode, Contempt Of Court.

Intercut we see the start of day 2 in court and the reporter is shown outside the courthouse. This was filmed at the Dade County Courthouse.
The remaining courtroom scenes were all filmed inside the David W Dyer Federal Building and the exit from the courthouse was filmed at the Dade County Courthouse.
Then we see them happily traveling over a causeway. This was filmed on the Rickenbacker Causeway headed away from the mainland and toward Virginia Key.
Next we see the lawyers meet at a not so fancy restaurant. Cafe Under The Tree. Filming location unknown.
Then we return to Ken’s law office. Filmed on location at 361 Opa Locka Blvd., Opa-
Then we return to Sam’s old office at school and his exit from the school. This was filmed on location in the Pagoda at Ransom Everglades School.
Then we go to the Glades Motel across from Smilin’ Jack’s. Filmed on location opposite Jimbo’s on Virginia Key.
Next we cut to the interior of the police station. Filming location unknown but possibly filmed on a set inside Greenwich Studios, Miami.
Then we see Sam walking out of a Suntrust Bank. This was filmed on location up in Ft Lauderdale Fl. At 501 Las Olas Blvd.

Then we see Kelly has gone for a swim. Filmed on location at Ransom Everglades School. The pool has since been filled and moved to a new location where the tennis courts were located during this filming. There are now tennis courts where this scene was filmed.
Then we go the screened in porch at the rear of Suzie’s trailer. We see the famous dock at Jimbo’s in the background that was used in so many episodes of Miami Vice and Burn Notice.
Suzi runs scared and we see her leaving her place. Filmed on location, we see her pull out of the northern exit/entrance to Jimbo’s and head down Arthur Lamb Jr. Road on Virginia Key.
She goes to Kelly’s. Filmed on location at 40 Star Island.
Intercut we see Sam talking via telephone to Kelly from the Glades Motel. The interior of the Glades Motel was either filmed on set at Greenwich Studios or the motel set built on location opposite Jimbo’s on Arthur Lamb Jr. Road, Virginia Key.
Then we return to the interior of the police department. Filming location unknown.
Next we see Kelly and Suzie pull into Stoner Beach. This was filmed on location at Virginia Key Beach.
Then we see Sam returning from the swamp after taking care of Suzie. Filming location unknown, likely Oleta River State Park.
Then we see Duquette arrive at the Van Ryan’s. Filmed on location at 40 Star Island.
